Henry Ford Pharmacy - St. Clair Shores

Every single month I have issues getting my scripts from these ppl. Without miss everyone. My drs have been fed up with these people. Most uncompliant pharmacy I've ever known. I BEG some state officials to please get these women in line. Filling medicine is NOT optional and there's no use taking medication when a pharmacy refuses to fill leading you to become sick. Therapeutic levels can't be consistent like this. And these women should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting 🤢

I seriously cannot believe that they still have jobs. The beautiful older black woman was by far the rudest person I've ever had to deal with in my life. Then they think they're playing games and they make you wait extra long to get your prescription while they're watching and laughing at you. Because she didn't want to fill my prescription. It is sad I have brought my kids here I have been treated here and not one staff member has ever been as rude as this person. I've been dealing with pharmacies for very long time I have cancer so I know what the normal wait time is . Finally just got my script. I have been going here for 15 years. The staff is awesome!!! They have gone above and beyond their job responsibilities for me on MANY occasions. I think they're all great. Mel I have known since day 1 of me going there and she is just the sweetest, kindest human. I appreciate all they have done for me. If I could give 10 stars I would! I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me over the years. I believe they truly care about their patients/customers. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

This post has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE EMPLOYEES AT THE SURGICAL CENTER IN SAINT CLAIR SHORES. THEY WERE GREAT! IM ONLY SPEAKING OF THE PHARMACY AT THE SURGICAL CENTER IN SAINT CLAIR SHORES. I completely had thee worse experience at the Ascension Surgical Pharmacy Center today. The pharmacist, and the cashier was not helpful and very racist acting. I had extensive surgery to where I was in extreme pain. My doctors office put in 3 scripts for me to the surgical pharmacy and they did not accept my insurance which is through my employer. BCBSM accepted everywhere. I could barely stand. I was incoherent the day of my surgery 5 days ago. They also gave my sister a hard time. Telling her she needed my drivers license to pick up. Which I never heard of. My sister asked for another perso
