I’ve only had positive experiences here. I’ve gotten my blood drawn here multiple times and they did so good. I have anxiety and they know how to help me through that! I also had an ultrasound here today and the lady that helped us was amazing! She was funny and sweet! I told her I was worried so she started explaining everything she was doing which was so reassuring! Overall I’m very happy with my experience!

I want to thank Angie W. In mammography, in The Professional Building, for being so caring and understanding. She worked through my anxiety with me. Never rushed me. Had a soft soothing voice. Was gentle. This means a lot to me because I had an experience that was opposite in every way in the past and I let my mammogram lapse for 3 years from anxiety to avoid a similar situation. I truly recommend this center for your mammogram.

Had to wait 30 days for an appointment. The day before the appointment they call to say they have no authorization for the procedure. I tell them they are wrong and I got it 29 days ago. They put me on hold and come back to say they changed the orders for the MRI from without contrast to with contrast and that is why there is no authorization. They waited to the day before the procedure to call and tell me this. Piss poor service and little regard for patient’s health and needs!

For a hospital having labs closed on Sundays is hard for people who work Monday thru Saturday. When it was Foote, Allegiance it always was open on Sunday at the main hospital.
