Henry Ford-GoHealth Urgent Care

This was my second visit. The first visit I got antibiotics and I was taking seriously However, the antibiotics did not take care of my virus . So when I returned I seen a doctor Hiba . I still had my cough and my headache and a sore throat and she said it will run its course in five days and she did not give me anything I wouldn’t of returned and paid another $50 just to have someone say it’s gonna clear up in five days that was unacceptable . So as of today I may need to return to Urgent Care again which will be $150 in and I’m still not feeling better. I don’t feel I was taking seriously and she had an attitude.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I went here as a walk-in at 9 am and was told an hour wait. Two hours later, I ask the attendant gain...I was told I have two patients in front of me while I watch new walk-ins get taken back. I inquire again and she stated they have an appointment and will go ahead of me when they come in. Why wasn't I told that everyone with an appt will be ahead of me when I came in at 9am? I go to make an appointment for tom at 9 am since I have work. She states it is not an appointment and wont guarantee I get in at that time. I left and kept wondering how incompetent this organization has to be to be to create this type of policy. No wonder they are losing patients. Stay away from Henry Ford Same Day Care if you value your time.

My visit seemed to go well but when I called the next day to report severe adverse reaction to a medication I was given I was told keep taking it. I was also told there was no alternative medication for an antibiotic? Which there are many! When I said that didn't seem right the nurse hung up on me. This is highly inappropriate and I will not return

I would highly recommend driving to any other urgent care if possible. I went in for chest pain and a sore elbow. Was seen by Dr Saadia Abbas and informed the Dr that i thought i might have pneumonia or bronchitis although i never had them before. After a chest Xray I was told it was nothing just probably a muscle spasm. As my elbow was diagnosed as i have tendonitis in my elbow without doing any tests. The Dr told me I could go home and take ibuprofen. After a week I ended up at the ER for a lung infection causing my heart rate to shoot up to 137 BPM. After getting an antibiotic and steriod my chest pain is gone but now looking at my MyChart I see the Dr prescribed ibuprofen but never sent it to my pharmacy, I guess to cover herself as I told her that I wasted a $75 copay before letting h

Kind and competent staff. Everyone I spoke to was just great. I knew that I came to the right place to find out the condition of my sprained ankle after a fall. After an exam and x-rays, I left with a referral to an orthopedic specialist for my broken ankle and in a boot cast that helped with the pain. I was well served.
