Henry Ford-GoHealth Urgent Care

The front desk staff/nurse was super kind and amazing with my nervous 3 year old . I think her name was Amanda (I could be wrong) and the doctor was very kind and thorough. She was also super patient with my toddler. I would definitely come here again as it can be hard to find an urgent care who is great with pediatric patients.

First time patient but I will be back if the need arises. The office staff were fantastic and the doctor had a wonderful bedside manner and I connected immediately. The check in process was so easy. I highly recommend!

I went to the Berkeley Henry Ford Go-Health Urgent Care center on December 3, 2025. The office is very clean, the staff are courteous and friendly, and I was treated by Dr. Bajpai who did an excellent job in listening to me and making me feel comfortable. I don't know the young lady's name at the front desk, but she was also very courteous and helpful. Lastly, the wait time I the lobby as probably less than 10 minutes!

Everyone at the center was so polite and went above and beyond. I was seen right away, and the care I received from Dr. Bajpai was truly amazing. She even called me a few days later to check on how I was doing. I’ve never had a doctor do that before. This experience motivated me to switch my primary care to Henry Ford. Dr. Bajpai really listened to my concerns, addressed them right away, and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I’m so grateful for the care I received.

Dr Mercedes Webster, or whoever the main doctor is there is extremely unprofessional. No idea what she’s doing at all. Recording the conversation and you rather than actually paying attention to you. She prescribed me promethazine cough syrup instead of an antibiotic or steroid for a lung infection. Which then got worse and I had to be treated at an urgent care that actually knew what they were doing. I explained I had asthma and requested doing a breathing treatment she was hesitant to give me one, but gave me promethazine cough syrup no problem. It’s concerning when you know more than the doctor treating you. This doctor should be fired and fined.
