Very rude staff working the desk. No patience to talk to anyone on the phone. I called to make an appointment for my dog and was met with rudeness and hung up on. I wanted additional information such as procedure, pick up time and pricing. Given pricing kind of and very vague answer of we will call you for pick up with no assurances you would normally get when scheduling something. I found out the pricing was for 1 view and not told until later it could be more than one view and the price would change but unsure what would happen. This is after calling multiple times just to get thru and then being placed on hold until they could pick up the phone again. Also, Dr. Hendricks is very cold to interact with and fearful of dogs. We have been waiting 6 days for our Dogs blood test results,.It cost $195.70. We called 3 times and they keep saying they will call us. For some reason they don't have anything to tell us. We called the people who do the blood testing and they wouldn't tell us anything either. We will wait a little longer but we know it doesn't take so long to get results. Then go to BBB and the state. We hope we won't have to go that far. We'll post results.

I have had such positive experiences each time I’ve visited Hendricks with both my dogs and felines. Both Dr. Collins and Miller have been kind, attentive, and delivered excellent service. We have take our animals for services from spays to euthanasia and have been pleased with the services and professionalism of staff, even in difficult situations.

We brought our 15 mounth old Cain Corso puppy here for an exploratory foreign body extraction surgery. We got off to a rough start communication wise. However, Dr. Miller rectified that very quickly. They did everything possible to make sure our pup was treated and taken care of. I can not stress enough how affordable this vet is. Every place I called for cost estimates was way above what we could afford and because of that we were considering possibly euthinizing him. We live in Greenville and Luckily we searched outside of the area and found Hendricks vet hospital in Anderson. Not only were they affordable but they saved our pups life. We highly recommend this vet hospital.

Dr Charlene Timms was absolutely amazing with my blue heeler. This was our first visit after leaving another vet here in town and the difference was night and day. If you have a heeler who loathes vet visits, Dr Timms just might change that ❤️
