Disappointing Experience with Ownership Transition I am writing this to share a cautionary experience regarding the transition of Dr. Jacobson’s practice to Hendershot Foot & Ankle Clinic. I scheduled a specific appointment for custom orthotics—a service I have utilized for over 25 years. Unfortunately, the clinic was unprepared for the visit. They did not have access to my historical medical records from the previous owner, and the provider personally confirmed they could not offer a suitable equivalent to the high-quality functional orthotics I required. Despite the office being administratively and clinically unable to provide the requested service, I was still billed for a full medical evaluation. First time to go see a Podiatrist and the experience was awesome friendly staff made me feel comfortable. Dr Blair Hendershot was great. Glad that I went and look at reviews to compare which is the best place hands down I give it a 💯.

I went in today for an ingrown toenail, and from the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by two wonderful staff members and the amazing nurse practitioner. They carefully explained the entire process, which immediately put me at ease. After meeting Dr. Hendershot, I knew I was in good hands. He had a fantastic bedside manner that left me feeling calm and worry-free. Following the procedure, he thoroughly explained the aftercare instructions and reassured me that he and his team would be available if I had any concerns before my follow-up appointment. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team.
