Be careful with this company very incompetent, unprofessional, they all answer the phone like they don’t understand what you are asking, every single person staring from the young men receptionist to the coordinator. Take a look at the image on their Google listing. That’s how their service is. Don’t work for this agency the worse service I have ever seen. Unreal. They will just send you a bunch of people that supposedly are therapist but honestly. Be careful who they send to your home. Don't trust just because them and note who you spoke to everytime.

I’m pretty sure this isn’t even a legitimate business at this point they always have some standing outside talking very loudly on the phone, never business related, very inappropriate, I’ve never seen any legit business come through just abnormally rude and loud individuals

This is the worst Home Health ever. The good nurses quit constantly. Then your left with garbage employees. I was lucky if my nurse even showed up!! I was supposed to have a nurse 3 times a week. She only came once if i was lucky. Nothing but bullshit came out of her mouth. No calls from her either. She always acted like she was on something!!! She acted like a know it all. Bad mouthed other employees too. No exaggeration here.I did not trust her. She was my last nurse. We found someone else. When id call the office they acted like they were confused and did absolutely nothing to help me. Also full of excuses and lied (to my Dr.) even when my Doctor called on my behalf. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY!!! IF I COULD GIVE A SCORE LOWER THAN ZERO I WOULD!!! HEMET HOME HEALTH SHOULD BE SHUT DOW
