This is the worst treatment I have ever received at this hospital. It is horrible, and the doctors and nurses do not want to do their jobs. They are very rude and unprofessional. I came in previously due to a head injury, and the doctor only spoke with me about what happened and was essentially trying to send me home. She asked if I had taken Tylenol and was about to discharge me. I asked her to perform a CT scan on my head. She stated that because I was not vomiting or experiencing certain symptoms, she was not going to do a CT scan, but she could do an X-ray to make sure I did not have any fractures. I came in because I was at a gas station and hit my head on a rack that was sticking out, which I did not see. My eyes were not checked to determine whether I had a concussion or anything el

We had a good experience at Hemet Global Medical Center. My father started feeling sick Thursday night and they took him in right away. The staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable while they ran several tests. They found his potassium was high and quickly treated him with medication through an IV. Thankfully he was able to go home and has been feeling much better. We are very thankful for the care he received.

I have never in my life been so disgusted with a hospital in my entire life! I'm going to start by saying my heart is broken for mine and so many other families in this area. My husband went in for some pretty severe pain. He was there for hours only for them to come back and say, They " Didn't see any wrong " after multiple tests. They did a CT, MRI and countless blood work panels. They ended up releasing him and gave him medication for a " Possible UTI!" 4 more days of excruciating pain later while sitting at a ER at a different hospital we are finally able to see all results from the visit here at Hemet Hospital and it clearly states he had full blown cancer all over his liver and kidneys!! 26 days later he died!! Tired of the insane wait times at these hospitals I don't care what anyone thinks the customer is always right is supposed to apply to the hospitals too it's like they have not enough people working there and only do the bare minimum and it seems like everyone that works a triage desk has no sense of urgency and no business working for a hospital. Hospitals need to be easier to get punished for blatant incompetence and there's no reason anyone should have to be there more than a few hours 1 hour is truly reasonable anything beyond that they need to increase the amount of beds in every hospital and employees that can actually do anything

Your hospital is so lucky to have a person like Monica working for them. She goes absolutely above and beyond for the job and maintains a positive and professional attitude. She is amazing!!! The whole staff is doing amazing job!!
