Dr. Fass and the team at Helping Hands provide a practical, caring, and dynamic range of care as well as recommendations and rehab mentoring. They do not only do the work but also teach you how to take care of your injury, rehab, and maintenance with informed decisions. The front desk staff keep you reminded of appointments and are always a good resource for understanding insurance plans and their limitations/options. Plus you get to meet the lovely Cathy who will brighten any day.

I have been to probably 10 chiropractors before and this was by far the best experience. The first visit was extremely thorough, he listened to all of my concerns and worked his way from my toes to the top of my head. (I feel like most chiropractors crack my back and neck and send me out the door with little resolve). I noticed an immediate change. I could stand up tall with little to no pain after one visit and felt like I had a neck for the first time in years. I’m experiencing less brain fog and just so grateful I found someone who was able to truly help and fix my body aches so that I can function in the world without pain! Thank you!

Dr. Faas is the best chiropractor I have ever seen in 25 years of using chiropractic. He is the best diagnostician I have ever been to. He has several excellent massage therapists on staff who work at his direction. The combination of soft tissue work and chiropractic speeds up the process of healing. I cannot possibly thank him enough for his help.

Office staff needs training. I called specifically to ask if they accepted my insurance. She confirmed they do and then she even took my insurance information. After providing the young lady with my information she called back an hour later to get it again for some reason. I was then told to arrive an hour early to my apt. When I arrived, the office staff told me they do not accept my insurance but they’ve lowered the rates! How convenient, right? Even if I was willing to pay I don’t think I would trust the services offered here after such a mishap!

I've received care from Dr. Faas and Dr. Myhree and their massasge staff for 10 - 15 years now. Always a great experience. They take their time to help me understand what I'm feeling (usually only go when I'm in pain... ) and what process/procedures they are taking to make me right again. Feel very well cared for at Helping Hands.
