HELP Center Pharmacy

Had a prescription sent here from an online provider after calling to confirm that they could fill it even though I am not a patient of the clinic. Was told yes by their staff over the phone so I went forward with having it sent there. They then called me later saying they could not fill it because I wasn’t a patient and said no one took a call from me saying that… the front desk transferred me to the pharmacy for that call, I know because I had to go through the automated pharmacy options. It also says on the website they accept prescriptions from outside providers so very frustrating that I now have to pay to have it resent.

Bless their souls with how much i call. My allergy meds are kicking my butt and they were so helping in getting it for me. Greatly appreciate Jose and Rebecca for all the assist they have done for me.
