Hello Dental

I had a great experience here, from the short wait time to the excellent care provided by the staff and doctor. The office is clean, professional, and efficient in every aspect. As a first-time patient, I highly recommend this practice to all Passaic County residents. A special shoutout to Jocelyn for her kindness and amazing work her charisma and skill far exceeded my expectations!

UPDATE: today’s cleaning was seamless…. Walked in…. Greeted by Mia, (who had a cartoon character voice)…. ALSO she is a Doppleganger for Miranda Cosgrove…. (I literally wouldn’t leave the parking lot until I figured this tidbit and random trivia out)…. (I’m that sort of “weirdo”). The hygenist was Bombay India, and the cleaning was done by a “14 yo Dr Lee”…. All is well, and everything is everything…. I’ll be back in 6 months to do a check in…. LOVE THESE PEEPS and thank god they didn’t need to drill anything in or out today…. ;) “Da Filipina”…. Stuff of legend…. Super responsive and professional…. Chris…. My family and I had multiple negative experiences at this dental office due to unprofessional staff behavior and repeated scheduling errors. The employees were consistently unwelcoming, unfriendly, and unhelpful. On more than one occasion, the front desk staff incorrectly stated that my daughters did not have appointments when they absolutely did. This caused stress, confusion, and a very upsetting experience for my children. I also spoke directly with the owner to express my concerns. Unfortunately, after the complaint was made, the staff became even more rude and hostile. Their behavior actually got worse, which made the situation even harder to understand and deal with. The office is very friendly and professional. My daughter has been very comfortable with their treatment. Not only are the doctors kind, but they also have a TV on the ceiling, which makes my daughter distracted from all those whirring sounds.

Can’t say enough good things about Hello Dental. They are super clean, attentive and the staff treat the kids so well. They don’t force anything if the kid feels uncomfortable and my child always looks forward to getting stickers. Thank you Hello Dental.
