Heller Heart Health- Eric Heller MD MS FACC FSCAI FSVM

I went to Dr. Heller for the first time and I was beyond impressed with the time he took to learn about me and was extremely thorough. I don’t have any major heart issues but a family history and instead of just telling me, I’ll see you in a year he ordered some tests and took the time to explain everything. I’ve unfortunately been to a lot of doctors over the years and I read some of the reviews about his office staff and I also didn’t find that to be accurate. Of course, as humans maybe the have had bad days and no reason to take that out on anyone but we can’t always leave the everything home. Also, some people have a sense of entitlement and expect office staff to been to their every need. Again, I found Dr. Hellers staff to be respectful. If you need a cardiologist, this is where

Had to pick a different cardiologist so I chose Dr Heller. He is not a bad Dr when I finally got to visit but I don’t think he knows what a horrible staff he has there. First time I tried to call to schedule an appt I Called multiple times and no one answered so I decided to go to the office to schedule and lo and behold there were 4 girls sitting there. Not one of them noticed I was standing there. One was buried in her phone on instagram. They were rude. I didn’t want to judge a Dr based on his staff so I scheduled the appt. Day before appt they tried to cancel on me saying they didn’t get approval. I fixed that! Now I was scheduled for a stress test and the morning of my stress test I was called and told they couldn’t perform test because they didn’t get the approval from my primary. A

Dr. Heller, educated at Yale and Harvard is an excellent diagnostician and top of the line interventialist. His skill is recognized by being a Top Doc. His physicians assistant is great. Very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, inquisitive, with a calming persona. Anyone using this practice will be satisfied.

He’s a great doctor very thorough and he has a great personality. I trust him with my life.

Dr Eric Heller is an extremely bright & engaging Cardiologist. He is also an excellent diagnostician. I had unexpected triple bypass surgery & the cardiac surgeon he called in was just as amazing! Ii & my family highly recommend Dr Eric Heller & his staff!
