Helen is the most wonderful and thoughtful masseuse! If you are looking for light pressure and relaxation she has it. If you have an acute trouble, she is unbelievable. She anticipates every need and provides unbelievable service. If you arent going to her, you are missing out!

I want to thank Helen for the issues I had from a car accident . She worked magic on the areas of discomfort along with my chiropractor which sped up the recovery time. If you're in Dover I suggest you work with Helen to help with sore muscles and joints. Her work with John Barnes Myofascial Release has also been a help.
