Hekmat Orthopaedics Medical

I was trying to schedule a new patient appointment, and I don't remember who I spoke with, but she wasn't very Plesant with me and I felt like I didn't matter too much to her. i found another place that was much nicer to me but whoever is working phones she needs classes on customer experience.

I had an excellent experience here. The staff are always very helpfu, Suhey a staff member there helped me even when she didn't have to so i really appreciated that Also the service was always fast and they would answer all my questions.

I thank Dr. Hekmat and his ENTIRE staff for tolerating my EXTREME fear of/for needles and being EXTREMELY patient and compassionate with me!!! These are the types of doctors and nurses/staff that EVERY medical facility should employ!

THE DOCTOR. NURSES, ASSISTANTS ARE GREAT. VERY PROFESSIONAL, CURTEOUS AND NICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MEDICAL OFFICE. THANKYOU ALL VERY MUCH.

I went and filled out the registration forms and when they called me they told me that they could not attend me because they do not give chiropractic service anymore and they gave me a gold card instead and they only gave me a bill of $ 1,200
