The staff was really amazing except for for some reason my grandma cannot find her cell phone anywhere we We traced all her steps and checked everything and still no sign of her phone. That’s a little disappointing to me but overall they were very nice.

It's very difficult to reach a loved one if your calling. It's very frustrating when you are far away and no one answers phone or call drops . Out of 20 tries I may get through one time if I'm lucky.

I love this place, They take good care of their patients and talk to family about goals and food intake. The next thing I will ask for is to replace the wheelchair with a walker so mom can move around.

Had to ask more than once over multiple days to have IV bandages from ER to be removed from Mom's arm. Communication with patient family could be much better (maybe a patient communication liason could be used?). Other than that, not bad.

I had no problems ,the staff were pleasant,and the home seemed to be in good working order, and no hazards blocking the hall way
