I take my mother to Dr. Perez because he is so kind and friendly to her. She absolutely loves him and he takes such good care of her. He is a saint!!!!!
You pay upfront when you don't have health insurance, which is fine, but you still receive a bill; no one answers the phones, and all the voicemail boxes are full. Great Dr. Poor Customer Service.
Dr perez is a very good doctor he always listens to everything I have to say and explains everything very well love him and all,the staff
Despite my opinion that most of the doctor's staff can extremely rude, Dr Perez is a good doctor.
The customer service is really horrible. They never answer the phone call. Voice message is always full. Everyone work here just want money, but don't want to see you. I really hope you consider this because you will thank me later.
