Heaven Therapeutic Massage

I'll preface this by writing that I do plan to go back as overall the staff was sweet, place was clean, and the massage was great. The unfortunate deduction of stars is because of the following, which I believe the manager is responsible not the female receptionist or masseuse. 1. I woke up this morning to see a text telling me to come at 10am (text attached, sent at 1:06AM!!). I had a 1030 apt made at least a month ago. They had ample time to call me or text ASKING if I could come at 10 instead. I was worried that I'd show up at 1030 and my appointment would have been cancelled so I went at 10. When I got there the receptionist said after I gave my name that oh I accepted the earlier time. I stood there thinking I had a choice in that? Certainly didn't look it Now going into #2... Anyw

DO NOT GO HERE. I am appalled by the TERRIBLE customer service here. I was treated so poorly and the massage barely counts as a massage … I lost, because I don’t accuse people, a very valuable article of jewelry here and instead of being treated with kindness & compassion I was YELLED at BERATED and was given no direction, answers or suppORT. I asked the front desk associate for an email address so I can follow up & he told me they don’t have names, emails or anything they can offer me (he actually yelled…). He also refused to let me speak to the manager who was not present. I’m concerned this is a pattern here …. Don’t waste your money.

We came in for a couples massage. Total waste of money. Two older ladies came in and it was more like a rub down and just touching. I told her I need it harder, she said ok but didn’t change anything. My husband said his was the same. They were talking to each other the whole time we were there too. Not a good experience and waste of money.

DO NOT get a massage here. On top of stealing bracelets (DO NOT WEAR JEWELRY HERE), they mock their customers (of color). After I said I would call the cops cause of the stolen jewelry due to refuse to give me information, something as simple as an email. Javi (probably a fake name as well) the front desk receptionist was RUDE and said "no one had names or emails" not even him. After much frustration, I started to call the police and half their employees walked out, making me think there is suspicious activity in the building, I will report to the Better Business Bureau. And it was grand larceny cause it was a VanCleef bracelet.

This place lives up to its name. The massage I got from Nancy tonight was absolute heaven. First off, I was looking for a place sorta last minute because my back was hurting. I called around 6:00pm and was able to schedule an appointment for 7:30pm. Secondly, the place is clean and the ambience is relaxing. The temperature is just perfect inside. I purchased the 120-minute hot stone massage with aromatherapy and feet rejuvenation. Upon my arrival, I was checked in by the very sweet Kiwi. He thoroughly went over exactly what my package entailed. He then allowed me to choose my aromatherapy scent. I waited less than 5 minutes before I was placed in a very relaxing, private room. Kiwi made sure to explain to Nancy exactly what I wanted her to focus on (mainly neck and back), as I normally
