I just had my first massage with Katie at Heaven and Health, and it was such a great experience. I booked a relaxation massage, and that’s exactly what I received. Calm, unhurried, and deeply soothing. Katie created a comfortable, welcoming space and made sure I felt completely at ease the entire session. I left feeling refreshed and grounded. I’ve already booked my next massage and can’t wait to go back!

It’s always a pampering treat to get a massage at Heaven and Health. When you arrive, you are cheerfully greeted. The massages rooms are very clean and lovely. I’ve been getting a massage by Rebecca for many years. She’s awesome!

Great experience with Nan! I felt extremely relaxed after an amazing hour massage. The studio is lovely and serene and the British touches of a red phone booth and the "loos" just added to the experience. I will certainly return I also wish to acknowledge the follow up call from the studio as well as the follow up email from Helen, the owner, who is just lovely Very much recommended from me.

I can’t say enough about Heaven & Health and what a fantastic therapeutic massage facility it is. Everyone is extremely professional the staff and the massage therapists are top-notch! I have been going there for quite some time for therapeutic massage due to a motor vehicle accident and have given me great relief. I highly recommend them!

Austin is amazing!!!!!!! I had such back pain before I came in and it is instantly gone. I cannot recommend this facility enough it was everything and more. Staff is so accommodating and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning again and again!
