I Love Heather. She doesn't talk down to you, very relatable and knowledgeable. Goes out of her way to address your concerns, no matter how trivial they might be. She has a bunch of oncologists, nurses and staff working for her too. Funny, until I saw her name on Google Maps, I thought this was Dana Farber Cancer Institute and that she worked for them, but apparently, the new name for this place is "Heather Johnson". 5 stars either way!
Heather is a very professionally adept person with a gift for explaining technical information with ease and comprehendible. Dr. Orio is fortunate to have her on his team! Keep up the great work!!
