Heather C. Drager, PA

Heather Drager is an excellent nurse practitioner. I have been with her for two years and have found my care from her to be well thought-out, well-coordinated, and she does a great job in identifying issues, referring to specialists, etc., while also making very accurate decisions regarding interim care while awaiting specialist support. I highly recommend her. She is grouchy from time to time, but if you don't take her tired/grouchy days personally, you will notice the quality of her attention, thoughtfulness, and decision-making remains excellent throughout.

Heather lacks professional and credible qualities desirable in a Physician Assistant. Not only did she take my blood pressure over my sweater (giving me an artificially high reading), she also failed to act as a decent human being while establishing a new health care provider connection. She didn't introducer herself and look me in the eyes with any sort of greeting upon our initial contact. She just stared at her clipboard and spoke too quietly to hear. I will not be going back to her or this clinic.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Drager and I've been seeing her for 5 years. If you are worried, she is willing to go down any path that may be concerning you, even if she doesn't think it will provide a diagnosis. I see a lot of negative reviews talking about staff, insurance, or money, but I only want to consider her as a health provider when appropriating my stars for this review. 5 out of 5!

Heather has been my primary caregiver since 2003. Heather listens, yes , LISTENS, to you. She is easy to talk with and an excellent diagnostician.
