I was very pleased with my recent visit to HearUSA in Waco tx. I stopped by the office for extra tips & had a few questions that I was confused about. Was able to have my yearly hearing checkup (that I didn't realize I could have) and also everything I needed was accomplished. The doctor & receptionist were great. I definitely recommend HearUSA for any hearing loss concerns.

First visit today. Jennifer was both friendly and helpful! Dr Martin was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Once testing was finished Dr Martin explained the results and recommended hearing aids that my insurance would approve. Additionally Jennifer explained and provided all information I would need for purchase side of transaction. Overall experience was great! Thank you!

Great experience for the last 7 years. They get to know you, they care about your quality of life through your ability to hear. Broad variety of products. Knowledgeable about all of the products sold. Aside from the compassionate attitude, they truly stand behind what they sell you. Rarely do you find this to be true today. If you suffer from hearing loss, Martin Hearing will help you. I highly recommend them.

I had to get new hearing aids. Dr. Martin explained my options and once I decided which ones to purchase, the fitting process went quickly. Dr. Martin is quite knowledgeable about different types of hearing aids and the benefits of each. I'm happy with my new hearing aids and impressed with Dr.Martin and her assistant Jennifer.

Dr Martin was wonderful. Very patient, kind, and most of all very helpful. She was very attentive to my mother's needs. We have visited other places in the past but this was the best customer service ever! Jennifer the office manager was very efficient, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I am so thankful that they will be taking care of my 91 yr mom!
