The Lakeland office is very professional, yet very friendly at te same time. I received the correct hearing aids for my particular situation. They helped every step of the way to better hearing. I highly recommend this office.

I went in to get new hearing aids the experience was great and the girls were very friendly and helpful! I Love my hearing aids they fit so good! I’m glad I went to Hear uSA they were better than my previous company that messed me over I lost money because they couldn’t fix mine! I will stay with Hear USA!

My right hearing aid wasn't working. I called in and got an appointment fairly soon. Went in and in a very short time it was working again and she even got my Samsung phone working with them!

I can't say enough about the audiologist, and the receptionist, at this location. They were friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend HearUSA at the Lakeland Town Center to anyone looking for quality audiologists and hearing aids.

Rude staff no compassion or ability to work around obstacles. My 92-year-old Mom on oxygen forgot her insurance card and they turned us away. We told them we have a photo but they insisted they needed the physical card and we had to reschedule. Insurance was verified and approved a week ago. In today’s digital world, you would think this wouldn’t make them cancel??? While I was trying to suggest they could get started and I would drive home to retrieve it. The Boisterous staff talked over me explaining their policy and not willing to find a way to work around the inconvenience. No other customers just rude staff.
