The new doctor was far better than the last doctor and the receptionist too. Learned a lot about my hearing aides. Got a warranty also. They took me on a rush basis because I was moving to Florida the next day. Love HearUSA

Daniel is an excellent audiologist who is very precise in measuring hearing acuity and hands-on in making sure the hearing aids are fitting and working properly .

The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I was met by a friendly and professional receptionist. My healing evaluation was expertly done by Babette who took time and patience in her instruction of the process and explanation of results. I went in not wanting to be a hearing aid wearer but am delighted how easy the device is and how fantastically it’s improving my hearing. The payment plan alleviated my financial concerns. I now look forward to being able to hear and enjoy time better with my family and friends and even continuing in my part time job.

Disappointed! After all the process I had to go through I was expecting that I was going to physically see the different brands and options of HA! Friends of mine, went to another provider and were given the opportunity to try for weeks the different options which made more easy the decision of the right ones to choose.It is a costly investment, and I was shown in a printed graphic the “levels” of HA capacity but emphasizing that the ones approved by my insurance will not be resolving one of my big problems which is not being able to hear when at a restaurant, social gatherings and noisy places. I even had to have an MRI, just to hear what I heard before , to buy better options for “my needs” out of the insurance and not even being able to make an informed decision based on my experience

From the initial phone call to schedule the appointment to get my hearing checked to saying goodbye after the appointment absolutely everything was superb. Dr. Drew price is amazing. She listened, asked questions, did a great job of the exam and hearing test. She is gifted, skilled, knowledgeable and she cares and is totally invested in her patients. I recommend this business highly. You won't go wrong by coming here.
