First off when you enter Heartwood you meet Denise the Social Worker who I call Miss Sunshine! You receive your room with wonderful nurses and aids! If you’re able to do Physical Therapy, GO FOR IT! There’s no women better than Mary, JB, & Susan! They listen to the best music to put you in the mood to work out. They start slowly to see what you’re capable of doing. The Physical Therapy Program is the best and it’s because of these women! This is my second time in Heartwood Healthcare & I can’t praise them enough. God Bless them.

I cant express how much I appreciate how hard the physical therapist pushed .me here everyday to get me to walk after fracturing my hip. The therapist here are my wonder woman and Electra and my black widow super heroes. Thank you young ladies for everything you ladies have done for me. Marivic and Jaybee. These three woman are the physical therapist here that I left walking giving me my life back . Love these young ladies thank you woman so so much

My name is Vincent de Damo I was here for 6 and 1:30 weeks and the breakfast lunch and dinner was okay the physical therapy Marivic and Jaybee in the Heartwood is very important to help the people to get back to their health they gave me all the tools that I needed to get on my own I think them very much

In my entire stay in Heartwood Avenue Healthcare, I have improved a lot with my Therapists namely Jaybee, Marivic and Susan. THank you for all you do.

I was there for over 3 months and I definitely love the CNAs I had good experiences with all of them. Diamante Valeria Maria and so many more. I think my best part about being at the facility was the CNAs.
