HeartSprings Charlotte James

Recently I have been able to experience Somatic Integrative Arts with Charlotte as part of my overall approach to self care. Each session has brought new insights into how to increase my overall well being and serenity. I am looking forward to continued support from Charlotte whom I have found to be a calming influence in my life as an experienced and caring provider of these services.

Charlotte is a wonderfully embodied practitioner who continues to support me with her compassionate touch and wisdom presence. She creates an atmosphere of safety and trust. I refer my own clients to her, and highly recommend her services to anyone seeking skillful touch and creative expression.

I went to Charlotte on a somewhat urgent basis due to left shoulder pain related to a rotator cuff injury that had flared intermittently over 3 years. She massaged the shoulder area for approximately 30 minutes and the pain resolved, and has not returned. I was then not only pain free, but able to sleep on my left side again!!! Her manner was very gentle, and she checked in with me frequently during this healing massage experience.

Charlotte has been instrumental in helping me work through trauma that has been stored in my body and remembering who I am and connecting to my deep sense of self knowing. She is absolutely fantastic.
