You have to pay to restart your account if you haven't been there for a while. The establishment was going to make some money with my two dogs, but I was turned off when I was going to be penalized to reactivate my account with a $50 fee. Keep your business model, and I'll keep my money to give to another establishment that is honorable in not taking advantage and doesn't bring up excuses of administration cost. With the length of stay I had planned with my two dogs, you would have definitely still made your profit and kept a repeated customer. Update: I was told very specifically that this was a fee for not being active by the young lady at the front desk and not, as you say, a "standard boarding fee." We brought our dog here after adoption 2 years ago. Dr. Bill is fantastic and takes the time to talk and explain everything to you during an exam. Hes really awesome and I trust him with our dog's life. Thanks Dr. Bill

I think that the veterinarians here are outstanding, but they could really use some help be completely restaffing their office and teaching the girls that answer the phone how to be polite and not pick up immediately with an attitude like you're taking time out of their day. I used to bring all my animals here, but not any more as they have just lost a customer. They care more about keeping their computers correct than actually helping their clients and their pets. They get a power trip over talking over the client on the phone, even the office manager, rather than listening to what the customer is asking and working through their requests. I will be taking the advice of former employees that used to work here, and I will no longer be bringing my pets here.

I moved to new Egypt a few months ago. I decided To give it a shot as it’s close to my house. I cant Say enough good things about them. The front desk staff always calls back and always answers. Bill and Katina are AMAZING. and beyond reasonably priced. They truly love what they do. It is not easy to find a vet this amazing.
