Heartland Independent Living Center

My grandma has been a consumer of heartland for a very long time. Her aide, Celine, has truly been a blessing to our family! She is hard working and compassionate. There has been several times through the years that heartland has gone the extra mile! They have provided equipment that my grandmother needed to be able to stay in her home and keep her safe. The staff has been extremely helpful and efficient in getting the equipment to my grandma that she needs and always delivers it with a smile on her face. Every time we have had to call the staff have been so kind and helpful to get us to the person we need to talk to!

Heartland is where my fiancée, Lynn, is employed. She genuinely enjoys providing care for the elderly and disabled within our community and the neighboring counties. From the lovely young lady at the front desk ,to each one of the employees I see nothing but hard working individuals who love there jobs This organization not only supports the elderly and disabled but is also very focused on family values. During my time there assisting Jess and the rest of the team with a few fundraisers in our community, I felt truly included in their mission and connected to the community. The only downside I can mention about Heartland is that there aren't more independent living centers like it around the globe.

You can tell they care deeply about the people they serve and the community as a whole. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a team that truly puts people first!!

Heartland has been so helpful ; Lisa, Grace, Maddy all have been wonderful. I have a genetic issue which leads to many complications over time. They have been so so helpful through this difficult time with my condition(s) which I'm very thankful for. I definitely recommend services.
