My mother sees Dr. Gutowski. Diane was very helpful when applying a heart monitor on my mom. I called and had more questions and she was able to provide clear instructions and examples so that I can understand my mother’s care. I had been a patient of this practice for many years. Recently I had the misfortune of dealing with less than competent doctors in the practice who lied to my face and lied on their visit summary. They should have their medical license suspended permanently. This practice should be reviewed by the state medical board and shut down. Shame on me for not doing something sooner. Their poor judgement could have killed me. The are a disgrace to the medical profession

Whenever Diane is working with one of the doctors the waiting period is short. She’s respectful and kind. She worked with Heather yesterday. She took her time answering questions and the NP was in right away.

Oue experience with this practice has been very good. Dr. Shukla is knowledgeable, and takes a great deal of time to reflect on the patient's overall health and life goals as he discusses treatment options including risks and potential benefits. Dr. Shukla excercises what we feel is very sound judgment. Dr. Shukla's assistant, Lela, and his scheduling coordinator, Shaylin, are kind, attentive and responsive. Online check-in for appiontments works seamlessly, and front desk staff are professional and efficient when you arrive. Wait time in the office has been zero or minimal.

Dr Awasthi is a good doctor; he’s knowledgeable, caring and personable. He takes time to talk to the patient and has a holistic approach. I give him 5 stars. Even though he’s booked up for six months! The rest of it, not great: no one answers the phone any day any week. This isn’t a new software issue or temporary due to covid, it’s just all the time all year round a constant. No one answers! To reschedule or ask for anything you have to go in person. Because no one will pick up the phone. I put up with it because the doctor is really good. But it’s frustrating as heck if you need to call the office for any reason.
