Great experience. Everyone was professional and friendly. Smooth intake and payment process. Always paperwork but not too onerous. Accepted my insurance. Dr. Parlato was clear about his assessment of my teeth. The hygienist did a thorough job cleaning and flossing and the assistant who took the x-rays was patient and gentle. It’s not easy finding a good dentist when you move, but will continue coming here.

I had to track Dr. Mendez down at his new location (heart of tradition dental) because he is the ONLY Honest Dentist I have ever met!!! I was so scared of all dental work, but he always goes out of his way to make me comfortable and explains every detail of everything he does. He I so friendly and makes you feel like family. I would never go anywhere else and I 100 % recommend Dr. Mendez if your looking for a new dentist!!! 10 out of 10 starts for sure!!!

Dr. Mendez is the man. I had a broken tooth that was causing me extreme pain. I called in on Christmas Eve hoping there was a way to fit me in. Within 2 hours they took care of my insurance, got me in the office, and pulled my molar! He (and staff) did an amazing job talking me through the procedure and keeping me in the loop. Everyone was professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. I am thankful to have found them. I urge anyone who needs to see a dentist to come here first!

After being disappointed with two other dentists I tried in the Port St Lucie area I came across this dentist. I read the reviews and all seemed to be good. I can say that this was the best dentist visit I have had since I moved to the area. Even though the dentist is not top on my list to visit this was a pleasure. From the front desk, my hygienist Louis and Dr Mendez you get the feeling that they actually care about you and your teeth. They are not looking to pad the Insurance bill or sell you a Hollywood smile. I got the best cleaning I have had since I moved here. So happy I found my new dentist and hygienist. I would highly recommend this place.

Dr. Mendez was amazing working with. My dad came in and voiced concerns in which he was caring, listened, gave his best advice and spoke with me over the phone while in his consult with my dad and answered all of my questions with ease. Time frame from starting same day to lab and back within two weeks we couldn’t be more confident and happier with this type of professionalism.
