Most informative and thorough eye exam I have in years. Dr Toland takes time to explain things and answer questions. His staff is very friendly and very helpful. Can’t say enough good things. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Took MUCH longer than quoted to get my glasses and they were very expensive. But I thought, “Hey, I’ll go through a local business because I like to support local. I also felt I’d likely get a better product than a big box chain. Immediately following my eye exam, they pushed me to upgrades insuring me I’d regret it if I didn’t purchase them. My glasses were almost $400 AFTER Insurance. I was told 7-10 business days. After I waited the full 10 days and gotten NO contact from Heart Mountain, I called to see where my glasses where. “Oh they SHOULD be here.” (Yes I know. That’ why I’m calling.) The lady said she would call them. I got no call back to tell me what they found out. I waited 2 more days and called back. Nope still no glasses. No one knows why. The whole experience was painless, they helped me to customize my glasses to fit my everday needs and had several options tailored to my specific situation.

Great and detailed exam and doctor takes time to explain things. The woman who fits the glasses does an excellent job and knows just how to tweak for a great fit . Friendly, helpful, and experienced group.
