Waiting and waiting for clearance for surgery. This office switched things around on me. Canceled appointments without talking to me. I wonder how they’re in business when they’re terrible at keeping track of patients and communicating with doctors. I’d like to file a formal complaint. My advice : go anywhere but here if you need help or cardiology care.

This place would get ZERO stars if possible!!! I took off work for my March 16th Cardiology appointment, which took weeks to get into. Got a call March 12th at 5pm from an extremely rude receptionist saying they are canceling my appointment and pushing it back weeks because the technician had an emergency come up. They refused to have any other technician in all of the bay area cover the appointment and would not even get me in the same week. What kind of business are you operating here? Extremely terrible customer service. I am going to be looking for a new company all together.

Disorganized management . Terrible communication. Appointments took too long to schedule. Couldn’t reach doctors or anyone for help. My mother died because her doctor didn’t care about her and procrastinated referring her for a necessary surgery that could have saved her life. The one star is for one nurse who put a reminder in her phone to check on my mother every other day. I wish I knew her name. I can’t say anything else positive about this place. We didn’t get any quality care here at all.

Doctor Nguyen is an awesome cardiologist!!! He is very caring and takes his time to answer all your questions..he never rushes you. The Heart associates of northern California is pretty much self contained. They can run most all your test right here. It is hard to get in if you are a first timer but well worth the wait.
