Heart and Vascular Associates of Tampa Dr. Talal Hamdan

If I could I would not even give one star. I waited with my Mother over two hours and was treated very unprofessionally. I called the Dr.'s office the day prior to my Mom's appointment expressing to them my fear and concern with my Mom in her condition coming to the office. She is 101 years old with dementia and had not been out of her Nursing facility for almost two years. She gets easily agitated and often has severe pain. I had also spoken to her Primary Dr. about my concern as well to be sure if it was the right choice to take her. They assured me my Mom would be okay. Dr. Hammond's staff person the day prior suggested I bring her early to do the sign in procedures so she could be seen quicker. I arrived with my Mom almost one hour ahead of her scheduled visit. Then after waiting over

insanely long wait time for an appointment I made 3 months in advance. 1 hour in the waiting room, another 30 minutes in an exam room, only to get a 10 minute consultation and told to schedule another appointment in a month. Appointment was scheduled for 11:45, wasn't seen by the doctor until 1:20. They wouldn't let me be that late for the appointment, why is it okay for them to be late? Staff was nice at least.

I had a great visit with Theresa. I love ❤️ how she explains everything to me and answers all my questions ever so patient and kind. She is everything so great at what she does in her job. She is a keeper !!! Missed our visit Dr Hamdan, heard you had procedures at the hospital this morning. Busy saving lives. God bless you 🙏 ❤️ Coletta

Dr hamdan is very attentive to your needs ,listens attentive understand what you want to do very professional and his office staff is very helpful and courteous.highly recommend him .

I’m a new patient here at the clinic with Dr. Hamdan. As I write this comment I have been here exactly 1 hour and 50 minutes and counting ,and still waiting.
