I am very pleased with my new hearing g aides. I wasn't planning on getting new aides but Chelsea explained the advantage of the new aides. She was very kind and pleasant to work with.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Chelsea Murphy even came in on her day off to fit me with my hearing aids! Who provides this type of service anymore? Chelsea is very attentive and allows you to voice your concerns without interrupting you. She treats you professionally and with a level of patient care that is amazing. I did not realize how much hearing loss I had until after wearing these hearing aids for a few days. Chelsea has changed my life. Outstanding customer service and wonderful experience. Lost my left hearing aid and contacted Brandon to see my options. He quickly responded and told me about my options. Made an appointment where Chelsea had already made replacement order and had it ready for me. They were able to calibrate both hearing aids and get me on my way very quickly. I highly recommend working with them….!
