Everything went great! Jim explained the testing process patiently and in detail so I could understand it all. He also was wonderful with respect to the use and operation of the hearing aids. All in all it was a great experience.
We've had a great experience with Hearing Life in Wilmington, DE. Jim, the audiologist, is very personable, knowledgeable about hearing issues and devices, and a pleasure to work with. And Nicole, at the front desk, is likewise terrific. Highly recommended.
Had a remote visit to troubleshoot why the filter did not easily remove from the aide. The video call allowed me to show the provider the issue so he could suggest a simple solution. Problem solved. The video was extremely helpful on this remote call.

I had an opportunity to get a free hearing test through my health insurance and Hearing Life was one of the offices I could use. They had great reviews and I chose them. It was a great experience. The receptionist and technician were very friendly and professional. It was easy to get an appointment. The technician made you feel comfortable with the test and explained things well. Would highly recommend this office.
