Had a fantastic experience! The ladies in office are so very helpful and make you feel so comfortable!
This is a business run the way it should be run. Knowledgeable doctor (Ali), friendly staff to greet me (Debbie) and an attractive , welcoming office. My hearing aid sent me a signal that it was malfunctioning, I took it to Hearing Life, Debbie sent it in to the factory and four days later I had a new hearing aid.
I enjoyed the courteous and professional manner I was treated with. I felt welcome from the beginning, not just another person to have to take care of. The exam was careful and even though it was the end of the day it wasn’t rushed. I am happy to do business with them.
The people working at Hearing Life are very professional and helpful to all the customers. I sometimes am in at the same times when many others are and I see first hand the kindness and courtesy they provide to all the people that come in.
I am extremely happy with the care and the courtesy. I get every time I go I love Debbie and her personality and have absolutely no complaints. If you need hearing AIDS, you need to check those people out, they are wonderful.
