Steve was absolutely amazing. I was born severely hard of hearing, so this journey is very personal for me. Steve took the time to truly listen and understand my history. He performed a thorough hearing test and clearly explained the different options that could help me hear better. What impressed me most was that he didn’t just talk about hearing aids — he demonstrated them. He showed me how the Oticon devices would work, let me try them on, and even walked outside with me so I could experience real-world sound. I was genuinely amazed.
