On my fourth visit after purchasing new hearing aids I arrived hearing well from both ears and able to access the chimes feature which enabled me to monitor and access the level in each ear. During the session the right ear piece was replaced and Kimberly made some adjustments. Then I discovered I no longer had access to chimes and she was unable to restore it. Since then my right ear no longer has the volume or clarity I had from a loaner I had prior to this visit. Kimberly made a valiant effort but I left disappointed

From the moment you enter the office, you intuition tells you this will be a positive experience. The office is clean and decorated in a simple and welcoming way. Nicole, the receptionist, is congenial to add to the experience. Dr. Danielle Rosier was professional and friendly during our screening. She made us feel comfortable while learning a little bit about us. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that has concerns about their hearing as taking the first step is not easy, but Nicole and Dr. Rosier made it well worth our while.

The office manager, Nicole, is very welcoming and knowledgeable as well. They both have made my experience of getting a hearing aid a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend that office to anyone in the process of obtaining hearing aids. My experience with the hearing aids has also been a very good one.

Dr. Rosier is one of the best medical providers I have ever worked with. She understood exactly what I needed—honestly, better than I did—and fitted me with hearing aids that work amazingly well. No comparison with an earlier attempt I had made at a different office. Very professional, always on time, concerned primarily with my well-being, and no pushy sales tactics. I very highly recommend her audiology services.
