Very friendly, on time. May have slight hearing loss L ear. Could not remove large deep black plug of ear wax. Advised to doctor to have this removed and return in 6 months. Very surprised the specialist could not remove the deep plug of ear wax. To mail me a packet to choose my gift card from— doubt I ever get it. Sharon Giboney

This is the first time I have ever had hearing aids. And this was the most pleasant trip I have ever had. They took care of my needs and not only did they do that, there, there to help me with anything else I might need

I was greeted by a very friendly secretary when I arrived and was made comfortable! Sue, the Audiologist took me to her office and took an extensive history of the problems I was having. She then began the test and explained each step of the process. The exam was very thorough and I feel certain I will be fitted with the hearing aids that will fit my needs and enhance my life! I would highly recommend them!
