The staff at HearingLife were polite, professional and thorough with explaining all the test and results. After the testing was complete I was informed about the many options available for my situation.

The receptionist, Lee, was cordial and efficient. The audiologist, Chad Cantrell, was competent and professional. He listened to my concerns attentively and conducted the necessary tests. The test results were adequately explained and possible solutions were discussed. I was pleased with the service I received.

I am a very active 63-year-old woman with hearing aids. My job involves a lot of business networking, I attend lots of concerts, and I'm a runner and boot camp lover. All of these scenarios create their own hearing challenges, but Chad and Lee at Hearing Life in Smyrna always keep my aids serviced properly and adjusted as needed. I've had emergency issues when they have loaned me a spare pair for a few weeks and made arrangements for me to borrow a charger from a Hearing Life in Columbia, SC when I forgot to pack my own. Great product, company and people!

5 Star Service here at the Smyrna GA location! These folks were friendly and went over and above to accommodate my hearing aid needs. I initially went in for a repair inquiry on my hearing aid that I purchased elsewhere. After a few questions and a little research, they informed me that my device was still under warranty. They quickly shipped it off and had the new one coming within minutes. I highly recommend and will be using them for all my future hearing needs.
