I would give negative stars if I could. I had a 8am apt and show up and there is absolutely no one in the office. The office is locked and dark. I call the number and talk to someone somewhere and they confirm my apt and tell me that there is no reason that the office is empty. I took time off from work and had driven across town for my time to be wasted like that

They did a good job on my hearing aids and they were very nice and professional.

I’ve been seeing James Brown the Hearing Aid Doctor since 6 years ago and has helped me tremendously. I have some loss on my left ear as well as my right ear. He initially suggested an ear amplifier which was not quite a hearing aid but enhanced my hearing a lot. I could hear! I was missing a lot of information and discussions but not anymore. Well, about 13 months later I lost my hearing amp and went to see him again. He re-checked my hearing in both ears and noticed that my loss in the left ear had increased as well as a bit in my right ear. He suggested a pair of hearing aids at a great and affordable price to me. He has a great manner with clients and took his time with me explaining things and answering all my questions. Very grateful James worked me in to his busy schedule as l needed a new hearing aid ASAP. Always appreciate his knowledge and skill in fine tuning my aid to my precise individual needs. Excellent customer service.
