Amazing service! I called the customer care center to check when the next available appointment would be, and to my surprise, they were able to get me in the very next day. I came in because I wanted to find out if I was losing my hearing, based on some things I had been told. The audiologist was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process took less than an hour. Thank you so much for the prompt, professional, and caring service!

I persuaded my husband to try this place out after years of his hearing aids (purchased elsewhere) not working well. We left with a greatly improved aid, and so much helpful advice and explanation! Keisha at the front desk got us great financing and helped us get out in time to catch a plane - really went above and beyond. Christy the audiologist was very knowledgeable and up to date. 1000% recommend!

When I first was scheduled for a hearing test at hearing life I did not want to wear hearing aids. My past experience has been they were uncomfortable lots of feedback and made me feel uncomfortable and shamed. I must say this experience with Hearing Life has been very different. They have helped make this transition rewarding. I love my hearing especially because they enhance my ability to use to technology. I can connect to my devices and embrace them without the shame. If you have been dealing with hearing loss I highly encourage to try this company. You won’t regret it

What an amazing experience! Christy and her staff were absolutely top notch. Attentive, they answered my questions, got my wax build up cleaned out, and got my older hearing aids working so much better. Definitely a more personal approach, their customer service is stellar. Overall an exceptional visit!
