I really wasn't sure what to expect from a free test and follow-up. Inadequate testing? A hard sell? Frustration? None of that came to be. Jessica was fantastic and performed very thorough testing following what seem to be "best practices" that I found online. There was a friendly discussion about the results and not a hard sell. A couple of days later the fitting was equally thorough and again seemed to employ best practices. The only thing that would make me happier would be if UHC Hearing coverage weren't worthless. I'm so glad I ignored UHC and found an excellent audiologist on my own.

Extremely happy with Maggie at HearingLife. I have a profound hearing loss and she was more than professional in doing what is best for me. I will never have the hearing I wished I'd have but she spent a lot of time trying to get the best possible solution. She is a very caring individual.

Exceeded my expectations! And was great with my 2.5 yo son. All were so helpful accommodating and overall fantastic! Audiologist very knowledgeable and went above and beyond - highly recommend!
