If you go here read your patient financial agreement carefully. There is a section where you are agreeing to be responsible for contractual discounts your insurance carrier may apply (which are not supposed to be billed to the patient). This line is NOT a part of a standard PFA and they most likely added it in to screw people. I don't think it's even legal to add this in and I plan to look into it.

I received a flyer in the mail, I thought a free hearing evaluation 5 minutes away was worth the trip. I called ,got an appointment the next morning. I filled out some standard paperwork. Scot took me in right away. He administered a hearing test similar to one’s i‘ve had before . Then I was given a set of demo hearing aids to try as , Scot explained my test results. I was amazed at the technology progress in just 7 years, mine were state of the art at the time, they now sound like an old transistor radio . I had good experience at HearingLife , I glad I did it.

I more than satisfied. The place, facility was so neat and clean. The supervisor had an excellent personality. Just so friendly and approachable. The test went well. The instrument(s) were easy to manipulate. My results were explained in a professional manner. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Hearing Life.

We great a wonderful experience at this facility. Scott is a kind, patient professional who takes his craft very seriously and who is indeed proficient at it! The facility itself was very clean and easy to navigate for my dad who has mobility issues. Scott performed a very thorough assessment of my father's needs. The devices came in quickly and Scott made himself available to get Dad fitted and up& running quickly. Scott followed up with us the day after our fitting to ensure dad was comfortable with the settings and avail himself for any additional questions. At the fitting a follow up appointment was scheduled to assess the device settings after a few weeks of living with them. I strongly recommend this facility.
