My recent visit to the Hearing life of Reed City Mi . Has left me Baffled, although my Hearing aids were purchased the Fall of 2022 I was told they are extremely outdated ! The updated version of them will cost $3000.00 as being on a limited income it is a very financially. Overwhelming to my budget, insurance covers $2000.00 perhaps Hearing life could take my less than 3 year old hearing aids to cover the extra $1000.00 that would be out of pocket ! As being on limited income , being told my new equipment less than 3 years old is I'm told is extremely outdated. This I find to be very overwhelming, as the equipment I bought I am told now although still working is not suitable for me. Perhaps seeing this message may help not only myself but perhaps others Also. ! I feel like perhaps this

Awesome experience getting first time hearing aids. From the desk person to the audiologist taking all the time I needed, answering any questions I had and carefully explaining everything I needed to know. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend this office.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Sue was very througĥal and very knowledgeable. I was very happy and to know I can count on them for any further help means a lot!!

An audiologist came to my home. I live about 2 miles from the clinic. I had a spinal fusion and I am homebound. He looked at my hearing aids and asked me if he could take them to the office. Which I complied. He said I needed new batteries, which he had to order. He will be back next Thursday and deliver them to me at my home. He was very efficient and kind. My hearings aids are not quite 3 yrs old.
