The staff is always pleasant and willing to answer questions and resolve issues with my elderly parents. They showed great patience and understanding in dealing with their poor memory and processing abilities. I was very impressed that on two occasions, Toni made a house call to their Assisted Living facility to answer questions and instruct us on use of a new set of hearing aids.
Toni did a great job of helping me with my hearing aids and explaining the process of purchasing new hearing aids.
