My hearing aid ear piece snapped off. I figured I needed a new one but I stopped in without an appointment just to ask if it could be repaired. The woman, who was all by herself by the way, said it could be repaired so I asked how long it would take. She was able to fix it right on the spot! She was the nicest and happiest person I have encountered in a long time.
Very pleasant, directed me to another doctor to get ears examined before I have my hearing test. Thank you
