This is the best organization, the office staff are so helpful and eager to make your hearing aid experience one which you are comfortable with. They offer a plan suited to your needs and income. I am so happy with my new Oticon hearing aids but more than that knowing that they are there to help me to trouble shoot, just a call away or a trip to their office.

I haven't been to an audiologist since I was a kid. The tests seemed extensive. I walked out with my results. The test itself was free which I was taken back by that because nothing is free except for the 8300 dollar pair of hearing aids they want to sell you. I'm not impressed with that part but at least I know where I am with my ears. I would recommend only because it is the first one I've seen in probably 40 years or so. If you don't ask questions you will be scrambling later. I would recommend to the audiologist to be more insightful as to what cheaper options there are and if I was to bring my own aids in if the office would still help with that as well. People just don't know what to ask until they walk out the door. I'm sure it's the same questions they hear everyday. It
