HearingLife of New Bern NC

I was very pleased with Barbara Modlin and the service I recieved. She showed me the new Zeal HAs and let me experiace what they sounded like compared to the HAs I have now. The only reason i'm not totally happy is I've had BTE aids for 20 years and the all in the ear type feel heavy and itchy to me. I'm still thinking about if they are the right type of HA for me. ,Thank you Carolyn

Appointments are recommended. My wife and my appointment took just a few days. We arrived early and had to wait a few minutes. The hearing tester ran both of us through the testing procedure and then explained the results. She made a product recommendation. We purchased one device for each of us. They were expensive but not near as much as we thought they would be. And they will be ready for setting and pick up in a few days.

I have been a customer here for over 3 years.They have always provided great service. My dog chewed up one of my aids and it was fixed with no charge. Also there is never a charge for tune ups!!!

As always, I am pleased with the service provided by the staff of hearing life of New Bern. The audiologist was thorough, professional and friendly. He explained the test results and what adjustments he was making. The Hearing tech is just one of a kind. As always, her greeting was warm and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to meet my needs. I think the staff is very professional and friendly.

The whole family attends this branch of Hearing Life. Bob went over every detail thoroughly and explained it so we could understand. He wants every client to be totally satisfied before leaving. Products are not cheap, but are top of the line and work extremely well. Alicia at the front desk, is very pleasant and knowledgeable. They both make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
