I have been very happy with working with Janet. She is very pleasant AND patient and certainly knows how to make me want to keep persevering and be confident in knowing this will all work out. Had a very nice visit with Christina. I like her no pressure sales approach and she gave me the bottom best price that I could get. No dickering, it was the best price the first time. My problem is that I paid top dollar for the best at that time (it's been 7 years ago) and have never been satisfied with them from day one. So I have a hard time shelling out $5400 for another best available at this time. That's my cost after insurance. They cost $7900 without any insurance. My big problem is with background noise which seems to be a lot of other people's problems too. With all the new technology, there's no guarantee that it will remedy that problem.
