Having g had Kurt Andersen , now in Mankato, but I had him 5-mins from my house in Burnsville. I NOW have to look elsewhere for cheaper hearing aids because the Bville Techs (Andrew & Nathan) keep leaving for other places! I lost my left hearing aid and having the APP on my phone said the hearing aid "was disconnected ", so I can't locate it. It was on when it went in my ear; how does it get disconnected automatically? My right one went out and Kurt, then in Bville replaced it. The right one NOW is not working, so I am out of luck! I cannot afford new hearing aids or the upgrade that Nathan suggested (over $5000!) I was blessed with limited Bville hours to get hearing aid supplies from another HEARING LIFE out of town. I am unable to buy replacements or upgrades because Synchrony Bank co

Kurt went above and beyond in an assessment to ensure my hearing aids are working to give me the best hearing experience. He identified previous things not working in my favor, completing another hearing test and gave me valuable information and changing the domes to make the hearing aids work better for my needs. He explained so many things I had not heard from other providers to ensure the best success for hearing better! A very positive experience and would highly recommend him to help anyone with their hearing aid needs! Very knowledgeable in his practice!

It is over an hour drive from my house to Hearing Life in Mankato and there is an office in Burnsville where I live. That should be a clear indication of how happy I am with the Mankato office.
